Ebonyi NUJ Endorses Isiguzo for 2nd Term

Nigeria Union of Journalists,NUJ, Ebonyi state chapter led by Comrade Tony Nwizi on Thursday endorsed Mr Christopher Isiguzo for second term.

Addressing members at Dr Sam Egwu Press Centre, Abakaliki, comrade Nwizi said the adoption was based on Mr Isiguzo's past antecedents.

He assured the team of his full support in ensuring the state and entire South East delivered their delegates in favour of the president.

Earlier, Mr Christopher Isiguzo, two terms national president aspirant, lauded members of the union for their solidarity and patience, hence, urged them to continue giving him support by renewing their mandate as to consolidate on the laudable strides made in the last three years in office.

The national president while presenting his manifesto boasted that the union has regain it's glory due to the prudent management of affairs of the union but pledged to uphold the trust reposed on him if reelected.

He reiterated his readiness to ensure that the union remains formidable, even as, he pointed out that his administration has done a lot in the area of practitioners welfare and said more are on the pipeline geared towards alleviating the union.
