Finally, Mtn Responds To #Npower Nexit Training Code Complain

BY NDUBUISI NWOGHA, ABAKALIKI Mobile network provider,MTN Nigeria today responded to the complain from beneficiaries of Batch A and B NExit N-power on the delay response on the *45665# code for the continuation of their Programme.

As you can recall the #Nexit management team has announced Npower Nexit Training Date For Exited Npower #Beneficiaries. The Breaking news was released by “Nneka Ikem Anibeze” SA Media & Publicity to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management & Social Development. However the process has not gone smoothly for Npower batch A and B beneficiaries as requested by the nexit management that each beneficiaries should dial a code *45665# to be enlisted into the training program.

After several complaints by Npower batch A and B beneficiaries to MTN a network service provider, they have this to say; “Y’ello. We sincerely apologize for the inability to access the *45665# USSD code complaint. Checks show the line service profile is well provisioned on the network. However, this issue is already receiving attention from our support team. Feedback will be shared soon”.
