2023: Ebonyi Hausa Community Tip Tinubu For Nigeria's Presidency

By Nwogha Ndubuisi, Abakaliki As the clamour for who succeeds President Muhammadu Buhari get tensed, Hausa residents in Ebonyi State today declared their support for Ahmed Bola Tinubu to be his successor in the upcoming general election.
The group made their intentions known when the state executive paid them familiarization visit at Ogbe-Hausa in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state capital. Speaking the Ebonyi State Coordinator Tinubu Support Organization, TSO, Hon. Enyiukpo Samuel Chukwudi noted that the essence of the visit was to share with them a vision of detribalized Nigerian whose antecedents as former Lagos state governor still making impact in the country.
Enyiukpo described Tinubu as a true Patriot who does not segregate irrespective of ones area of origin as most political leaders in the country are enjoying tutelage of the party leader. The state coordinator enumerated the plan of Tinubu Support Organization led by Hon Aminu Suleiman to enthrone Ahmed Bola Tinubu as the next president of the country and assured them of effective leadership if finally emerged. He applauded the Hausa community in the state for turning out en mass to receive a man who is capable of solving the security and economic challenges facing the country and assured them that the support given to Tinubu would not be taken for granted.
Earlier,the Director Inter Religious Affairs Ebonyi North senatorial zone, Mr.Ahmed Muhammed Maikudi appreciated the state coordinator and his executives for founding them worthy of the visit and pledged to reciprocate the gesture by taking the advocacy message to the entire residents in the state. He also thanked the people for their response and promised to always make information available to them as to strengthen the campaign move. Others who bared their minds including, Path Haruna, Alhaji Abdulazeez, who all spoke in Hausa and English language, said that they are in support of Ahmed Bola Tinubu to become the president of the Federal republic of Nigeria come 2023.
The event was witnessed by the Deputy state coordinator,Hon.Nkwuda David, the state youth leader, Engr. Kingsley Ngele,Barr. Agha Isaac, the state legal adviser, the state Director of inter- religious affairs, Comrade Wale among others.
