2023: Ebonyi People'll Not Vote Labour Party, Says Umahi

Ebonyi State Governor, Engr David Umahi has said that Ebonyi people would not vote for Labour Party, LP, in the 2023 general election in the State.
Umahi stated this during the swearing in ceremony at the New Government House, Abakaliki.
The Governor stated that the state would vote only for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and urged the people not to vote for the Labour Party during the election.
According to him, the votes of the State only belong to the ruling APC.
“We will not vote for Labour Party, we will only vote for APC. Our vote is for APC and not for Labour Party. Our agenda is Ebonyi agenda. We will vote for our Presidential candidate in the person of Tinubu. We must strive to liberate Ebonyi State and that is our agenda”.
The same people that betrayed us during presidential primaries and denied us what that belong to us just because of language barrier or more be other selfish reasons My dearest and capacity governor you fought a good fight you proved south east and Ebonyi state precisely that you are worth doing and capable of taking this nation to a better place but the access was barricaded by evil men who want us to remain slaves it will be better that we go for another Young Man that carries similar vision like you my up and doing governor sir you choosed young man that is gallant to continue where you will stop and Nigeria deserve same young blood and not the type that will spend all his tenure in abroad we are tired of undeveloped nation let's forget about party and do the right thing for the betterment of this nation since dey denied you the access let's vote for PETER OBI And I will not forget to thank you for chosen my brother RH SPEAKER EBSHA FRANCIS OGBONNA NWIFURU to take EBONYI STATE to a greater height how I wish this get to you CONGRATULATIONS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR SENATORIAL AMBITION FROM HENRY O.N.(ARCHITECT)
