Poll:LP Reps Candidate Raise Alarm As BVAS Machine Fails Uploading Results

Labour Party House of Representatives Candidate Abakaliki/Izzi Federal Constituency, Dr Ezeh Emmanuel Ezeh has raised concern over the inability of the Bio-Metric Voters Accreditation machine to upload results.

Ezeh expressed fear that the action was deliberate to truncate the electioneering process and shortchange the masses choice of candidates at the Saturday's poll. He made this known to newsmen at Otsokpuru Town Hall Ezza Inyimegu in Izzi Council Area. According to the Reps Candidate, who explained that the machine shutdown by 2:02 PM noted that efforts to upload his polling units results and that of various wards were fruitless. Eze who applauded the electoral empire for the introduction of the innovative BVAs machine charged them to tackle the fault decisively so as not to jeopardize the entire process. The Reps Candidate however, appreciated the people for turning out en mass to participate in the electing of their leaders and maintained optimistic that all Labour Party Candidates would emerged victoriously at the end of the exercise.
