INEC Presents Certificate of Return To Ebonyi Governor Elect, Others

Ebonyi State Governor Elect, Rt Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and the newly elected members of state House of Assembly today received Certificate of Return.

The exercise took place at the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC state Secretariat, Abakaliki.
