Commissioner For Lands Advocates More Media Support to Gov Nwifuru's Government

Ebonyi state Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Hon Dr. Mathew Nwobashi has called for media support to the Governor of the state Rt Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.
The commissioner made the call when Executive members of the Association of Izzi Media Workers paid him Christmas homage in Abakaliki .
He commended the media practitioners of Izhi extraction for identifying with him at the yuletide and urged them to continue promoting the leadership quality of Governor Nwifuru which is anchored on People's charter of needs.
"I must commend you my people for identifying with my office and for your unity in promoting oneness.
"We appreciate you for the way you people are going by supporting the governor,Rt Hon Bldr Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru like you said, media friendliness is important for political awareness.
"The government is close to us and need our support to ensure to succeeds. let's work together for the interest of the clan and state entirely.
Nwobashi explained that Governor Nwifuru's administration is committed to addressing welfare of the people and enjoined Ebonyians to continue to support good administration of the Governor .
"The Governor is interested in the people's welfare and like he said, he must pay three months arrears to the new recruited workers.
Earlier, the National president of Izzi Media Workers, Sir Sunday Nwambam appreciated the Commissioner for his doggedness in implementing the policies and programmes of the state government, especially in ensuring that all parts of the state feel the new wind of positive change, since he resumed duty as the Commissioner for Lands and Survey .
"We're pleased with the way you received us, and wish to congratulate you for your performance in office as your achievements so far had proven the choice of appointing you as the Commissioner for Lands and Survey.
"When His Excellency appoints you, it's to serve as his eyes and represent him and many had said that. only SSA on New Media ,SA on Documentation , SSA on Internal Security ( Jango) , Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and Attorney General are doing well but we believe that other appointees will make positive change by 2024.
