Relative Peace: Catalyst to people's charter of needs, says Hon Eze

The Chairman of Ebonyi State House of Assembly Committee on Internal Security, Boarder Peace and Conflict Resolution Hon Henry Sunday Eze says the geometric progression of both human and Infrastructural development in Ebonyi State within the past Seven Months was as a result of relative peace and peaceful co--existence of various clans in the state.
Speaking on the position of the state in his office, Hon Henry Sunday Eze said that the major catalyst into achieving the People's Charter of Needs of the State government is to allow peaceful and tranquil atmosphere envelope the entire state as government used to spend too much money on Conflict management anywhere it occurred. He maintained that the present administration under His Excellency Rt Hon Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru as the Goverrnor of the State, has put so many machineries in place to erase the crises-- prone status the state has almost adopted during the past years. The Lawmaker called on every Ebonyi sons and daughters including people from other states to join hands with the state government in preserving the peace we have in the state and deviate from acts or speeches that is inimical to peace Hon Henry Sunday Eze equally revealed that on the part of the House Committee on Internal Security, Boarder Peace and Conflict Resolution, the Ebonyi State House of Assembly has passed the Ebonyi State Boundary and Allied Matters bill into law to safeguide the frontiers of the state against any form of invasion.
