LG Election: Forgive each other and vote for APC~Emegha

The Ebonyi state chairman of All Progressives Congress, (APC) Mr Stanley Okoro-Emegha has on weekend called on
supporters to forgive one another and vote massively for its
candidates to ensure they clinch victory in the thirteenth local government areas of the state.
Emegha made the call at Ebiaji, Ezza North headquarters, when the party kicked off the Ebonyi local government councils' election and enjoined supporters to ensure the party coast victory at the poll.
The state party chairman, Emegha said that flagging of the local government councils' election campaign at the headquarters was an indication to tell supporters most especially residents of the area that the party trusted them to deliver their candidate and other party flagbearers in the 20th July election.
He called on supporters including the once aggrieved members to forgive each other and charge them to see the All Progressives Congress, APC as an indivisible family.
He vowed to make Ebonyi an opposition free state by ensuring that those who are yet to join the party are brought into the All Progressives Congress within the campaign season.
He also described a vote giving to the All Progressives Congress, APC as a show of support and solidarity to the overwhelming dividend of democracy given to Ebonyi people by the incumbent governor, Bldr Francis Nwifuru.
The contestant of Ezza North local government area and chairman, Association of Local Government of Nigeria,(ALGON), Mr Ogodo Ali-Nomeh said that his administration would intensify actions in empowering the people in the area on human capacity development.
Reacting on Ebonyi state government proposal to turn Achiagu community primary school to College of Agriculture, the council chairman tasked stakeholders of the area to rally support for the actualization of the initiatives.
He equally stated that the Ezza speaking clan has on consensus adopted the state governor, Nwifuru as their choice candidate in the 2027 election.
On their part, the former member representing Ishielu/Ezza North federal constituency, Mr Anayo Nwonu, the state Commissioner for Transport and Special project, Mr Collins Igboke and Special Assistant to the governor on Airport Security, Mr Enyi Nkemjika as well as, coordinator Ezza North development center, Mr Samuel Igboke pledged their support and promised to deliver the party in the area.
