NNL Week 6: Abakaliki FC Goal Keeper,Eze Named Man of Match

Abakaliki Football Club, goal keeper, Pascal Eze has been honoured by Spotlight as a man of the match after tough goalless draw with Sporting Lagos on Sunday.

The media spokesperson to the state owned club, Ambassador Chukwuma Nwebonyi made this known in a statement made available to newsmen. Ambassador Nwebonyi commended De Rice Boys for their wonderful performance despite heavy mobilization of supporters by sporting Lagos cheering players, but De Rice Boys stood their ground ending the competition on draw.

He thanked the chairman of the Club, Senator Obinna Ogba, state Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports, Richard Idike and fans for their support making the outing a success.
