The Chief Coach of Abakaliki FC, Ifeanyi Onyedika,MON has said that the team is prepared to win the visiting Osun United in their today's game of Matchweek 19.

Onyedika made the disclosure while interacting with our correspondent in Abakaliki ahead of their outing with Osun United who is meeting them at Pa Ngele Oruta Township stadium, Abakaliki.

Onyedika, who described the current stage of Abakaliki FC in the Nigeria National League as a trial time said that the team has no alternative than to win all their remain matches in the league. He appreciated the team performance in the ongoing Federation Cup and called on sports fans to come out and cheer the players up to encourage them to victory. Abakaliki FC, who just made the President Federation Cup Final after defeating NPFL side Ikorodu City FC in the semi final, need a win to boost their relegation survival chances. Meanwhile, Osun United are looking to take a step closer to securing a Super 8 playoff spot.
