Foundation Honors Ebonyi Police Inspector, Okpalugo With Award of Excellence

The Grace Foundation has honored a serving officer of the Nigeria Police Force in Ebonyi State, Inspector Okpalugo Austine, with an Award of Excellence in recognition of his outstanding service and dedication to the nation.
