Police Arrest Driver For Heroin Sales In Kuwait

Hawally, Kuwait – Security operatives in Hawally have apprehended an Indian domestic driver employed by a Kuwaiti family for his alleged involvement in drug trafficking activities.
According to a reliable security source, the suspect had been using his sponsor’s car without authorization to carry out the illegal trade. Investigations revealed that he was distributing heroin and had developed a discreet system of operation designed to avoid detection. The driver reportedly advertised the narcotics through an online platform, where he would list specific drop-off locations. Buyers, in turn, were instructed to deposit payment at designated spots before collecting the drugs from where they had been concealed. Authorities disclosed that the scheme was carried out without the knowledge of the driver’s employer, who was unaware that his family vehicle was being used for criminal purposes. The arrest came after security personnel received intelligence on suspicious activities linked to the suspect and subsequently placed him under close monitoring before making the arrest. The driver has since been referred to the concerned authorities for further investigation and legal action. Officials emphasized that Kuwait’s security agencies remain committed to combating drug-related crimes and warned that anyone found engaging in such illegal acts would face the full weight of the law.
