PRESIDENT TINUBU ACTUALLY RENEWING HOPES OF NIGERIANS — Sen. Ani

The Senator representing Ebonyi South Senatorial District, Senator Professor Anthony Okorie Ani, has applauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he described as a purposeful leadership that is revitalizing all sectors of the nation’s economy. Speaking with newsmen recently, Senator Ani noted that Nigerians have begun to witness significant improvements in the country’s economy and general governance within 28 months of the Tinubu administration. He, therefore, urged citizens to continue supporting the President in his effort to rebuild the nation. The lawmaker described President Tinubu as a courageous leader who has boldly implemented critical reforms such as the removal of fuel subsidy and the rejuvenation of key sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, and financial services. “In tandem with the Renewed Hope mantra of this administration, Mr. President has not only revived dilapidated national roads but has also embarked on new road projects that cut across virtually every part of the country,” he said. “It is obvious that all his policies are geared towards improving the standard of living of every Nigerian.” Senator Ani further commended the Federal Government for setting a new benchmark for future administrations through projects and policies designed to transform generations to come. He noted that President Tinubu has made conscious efforts to correct the mistakes of past governments by prioritizing agricultural productivity, food security, and social welfare initiatives, including the disbursement of ₦330 billion grants to about eight million households. While commending the President for his plan to complete the Eastern rail line, Senator Ani appealed for greater inclusion of the South-East region in the distribution of democratic dividends.
