Just In: Izzi Council APC Chairmanship Aspirant,Aduga Picks Nomination Form

The All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship aspirant for Izzi Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs. Helen Aduga, has formally obtained her expression of interest and nomination form ahead of the forthcoming local government elections. Mrs. Aduga was accompanied to the party secretariat by prominent stakeholders and supporters from the area, who turned out in large numbers to demonstrate confidence in her aspiration.
Speaking shortly after picking the form, Mrs. Aduga expressed profound appreciation to party leaders and members for their solidarity and encouragement. She assured that, if elected, her administration would focus on attracting the dividends of democracy to the grassroots and improving the living standards of the people.
The aspirant pledged to pursue inclusive governance, youth and women empowerment, as well as critical community development projects that would have direct impact on the rural populace. Stakeholders present at the event described Mrs. Aduga as a committed party loyalist with the capacity to deliver effective leadership, urging party members to support her vision for a more prosperous Izzi Local Government Area.
If elected, Mrs. Aduga will make history as the first woman to serve as council chairman in Izzi Local Government Area.
