2027: Ebonyi Market Women Back Tinubu , Nwifuru, All APC Candidates ‎

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎The Ebonyi Market Women Association have declared its total support for the All Progressives Congress (APC), promising to mobilise its members to secure victory for president Bola Tinubu, governor Francis Nwifuru and all the party's candidates come 2027 general elections. ‎

‎President of the association, Mrs. Patience Nwali, made the declaration today while speaking with journalists during the APC campaign rally at Onueke, Ezza South Local Government Area of Ebonyi State which is the second day of the party's statewide campaign ahead of the August 22nd council polls. ‎ ‎She described the campaign rallies across the state's 13 local government areas as impressive, saying the massive turnout of the party faithful demonstrated the unity, strength and commitment of APC supporters in Ebonyi State.

‎ ‎According to her, the enthusiastic participation of Ebonyi Market Women at the rally underscored their resolve to stand firmly behind the ruling party and its candidates at all levels. ‎ ‎"Whenever Ebonyi Market Women say they are with you, they are fully with you. The turnout you are witnessing today since the commencement of the campaign is a clear indication that our members are ready to work for the success of all APC candidates," she said. ‎

‎Mrs. Nwali also pledged that the association would deliver votes for APC candidates from the grassroots to the federal level, including President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and RT Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru in the 2027 general election. ‎ ‎She however dismissed suggestions of the association working with other political parties, insisting that the association's loyalty remained solely with the APC.

‎ ‎"Our support and our votes belong only to the APC. We have adopted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and all APC candidates from the ward councillors positions to higher elective offices," she stated. ‎

‎Mrs. Nwali, who is also the Chairman of Margaret Umahi International Market Lots 2, expressed confidence that the APC would emerge victorious in the forthcoming local government elections and assured party leaders of the continued backing of market women across Ebonyi State.
