Criminal Activities Rocks Nwori Community

Few days after gang of armed robbers ransacked Nwori Market in Ogbala Community, Izzi LGA of Ebonyi State, group of boys alleged to be loyalists to People's Democratic Party, PDP, State Chairman,Barr.Onyekachi Nwebonyi has beaten a magistrate court member 11,Chief Matthias Nwamgbo to a pulp.
According to a man who gave his name as Johnson revealed that the fracas started when an ash-coloured Hilux van with an inscription, Divine Mandate was robbed at a gunpoint from one Mr.Emmanuel Nwamgbo while driving home on penultimate weekend.
He hinted that the case was reported to the area police station, surprisingly, the van was later discovered in a home of one Mr.Mathew Nome,people Democracy Party,PDP, stakeholder in the village who is a loyalist to the party chairman.
However, on recovery of the van,that fateful morning, Mr.Nome alongside, one Mr.Akam (a.k.a Akaraka),Friday Nwaeze,Monday Alive,Jude Okeeda and several others stormed the area magistrate court judge home who happen to be the accused father;where he was beaten till he became unconscious before setting all his house properties on fire including motorcycle, clothes,livestocks such as goats and tolotolo and the amount of 1.5 million before leaving him on pool of his blood.
It was gathered that since the community police station was attacked by gang of robbers that the one time most peaceful village in the community has turned to dungeon of criminals as all forms of criminal activities now thrive in the area,where the boys would always claimed to be working under the instruction of the party chairman.
It was also learnt that some residents of one Ezeudo quarter were sacked as the group after beaten up the judge demonstrated in all parts of the village harassing and intimidating non party members.
One of the stakeholders in the village who pleaded anonymity for fear of been attacked call Ebonyi State government led by Engr. David Nwaeze Umahi to call the State party chairman to order as his action has put the village in danger,thereby, encouraging frivolities and all forms of social vices such as public smoking of India hemp.
Meanwhile,when Citizens' Advocate contacted the state party chairman he ignored his calls,even text message sent to him.
