Reactions Trail Godfrey Chikwere's Post On AA Ebonyi Guber Candidate

Reactions have continued to trail Facebook post of appreciation shared by popular Ebonyi state Social Media Influencer and former aide to Ebonyi state Governor, Mr Godfrey Chikwere appreciating the Action Alliance, governorship candidate, Engr Chukwuma Nwandugo. Godfrey in his post praised the Action Alliance governorship candidate for touching his life silently while serving as On Air Personality (OAP) in the Ebonyi Board Broadcasting Cooperation (EBBC).

He explained that he received the cash gift of one million naira(1,000,000) from the former Commissioner for Works and Transport in appreciating his programme. The former aide to the Governor acknowledged that he would remain grateful to the Ebonyi Action Alliance Guber candidate, Engr Chukwuma Nwandugo and his family for dolling out such huge sum of money as a gift without knowing or working for him, but to encourage his career.

The post reads: "I AM JUST MOVED TO SHARE THIS TODAY. In July 2013 after a radio programme, I got a call from one MTN line. THE CONVERSATION WENT THUS: From the MTN line : How are You Godfrey? Me: Fine! Good afternoon. Him: My name is Engr Chukwuma. Me: Sir, I don't really know You sir. Him: You are speaking with commissioner for works and transport Ebonyi State. Me : Good day Hon. Commissioner. Him: You are doing extremely well in radio programming and presentation. Can You come to my office tomorrow morning before I go for exco meeting? Me: Thank You for Your kind words sir. I will see You tomorrow sir. AND TOMORROW CAME: I went to his office around 10am after a breakfast programme on radio. AT HIS RECEPTION: Me to the receptionist: Commissioner invited me. Receptionist: Are You Godfrey? Me: Yes. Receptionist: Okay. You can follow me. Inside commissioner's office: Me: Good morning Hon. commissioner. It me Godfrey. Commissioner: You really look Younger than Your output. Am already leaving for Exco meeting. And he handed one large brown envelope to me. And simply said we are friends now and we will be talking from time to time. Godfrey I am sure You will go places. Me: Yes Sir. I got home and opened the large brown envelope and it was A million naria. The first One million naria I got once in Ebonyi before 2013. How will forget this man. How will I not reach to his Children one day."
